Services and Facilities

  • How much are refreshments? Tea, coffee and water are complimentary  for all guests on arrival. Homemade biscuits and cake – made fresh on the farm – are available for £1.50 – £2.00 per person
  • Where can I park? There is plenty of free onsite parking
  • Do your meeting rooms have natural light? Yes, all our rooms are filled with plenty of natural daylight

Connectivity, Facilities and Equipment

  • What is the WiFi connection like? We have invested in super speedy broadband, read more about it here
  • I’m delivering a presentation, do you have projector facilities? We have an overhead projector which projects onto a large end wall. It can be used with the laptop provided, or can be connected to your own laptop through VGA or HDMI
  • Do I need to bring my own laptop? In the Hayloft, we have a laptop available for guests to use which connects to the projector and runs Microsoft Office

Opening Hours

  • When are your rooms open? We are open 7 days a week, day and evening – whether you need to arrive early to set up, or your meeting can only take place after office hours. Call us to discuss your needs

Travel

  •  I’m travelling by train, how do I find you? We are 10 minutes by car from Shrewsbury station where there is a 24 hour taxi rank. Find out more about travel links here 
  • I’m travelling from further afield, can you recommend anywhere to stay? Overnight accommodation can be arranged at highly recommended local Inns and Hotels. Find out more here.

Cancellation Policy

  • What If I need to cancel a meeting room? Don’t worry, just give us  6 weeks notice, and there will be no charge. View our full cancellation policy here

We do our utmost to avoid applying cancellation charges by developing long-term relationships with our customers and through good communication. In the event of cancellation, we do need to cover our lost revenue from the cancelled booking at a point when it is unlikely to be replaced with a new booking.

Cancellation within 6 weeks of date booked – 25% of Room Hire
Cancellation within 5 weeks of date booked – 50% of Room Hire
Cancellation within 2 weeks of date booked – 100% of Room Hire
Cancellation within 7 days of date booked – 100% of Room Hire and Full catering costs

All invoices are raised in the week following meetings and are payable within 30 days – after this, interest will be added at 10% per month until the invoice is paid in full.
