Cancellation Policy
We do our utmost to avoid applying cancellation charges by developing long-term relationships with our customers and through good communication. In the event of cancellation, we do need to cover our lost revenue from the cancelled booking at a point when it is unlikely to be replaced with a new booking.
Cancellation within 7 days of date booked.
All invoices are raised in the week following meetings and are payable within 7 days.
