General Room Hire Details:
The Coach Room is a bright and airy space located on the ground floor of Monkhouse Granary. The Coach Room is an adaptable space with a boardroom table (seating a maximum of ten people) and a comfortable seating area that can host small boardroom meetings or 1-2-1 meetings to meet your business needs.
Room dimensions: 4.7m x 5.7m
Capacities: Boardroom x 10
Room specifications: natural daylight, wheelchair access, wifi, flipchart, screen for use with your own projector and laptop, remote control air conditioning and heating.
Recommendations / suggested uses of the space: Small boardroom meetings, interviews, appraisals, study space, working away from home or a break out area with soft seating. A relaxed comfortable sitting space for more intimate meetings.
Peace and quiet: We can offer you a place to escape by providing you with a desk, wireless internet access and complimentary parking – by the day.

The Hayloft is a large versatile space located on the upper floor of Monkhouse Granary. There are built-in high-end audio visual facilities and lighting, which have been combined into the original features of the building to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
Room dimensions: 10m x 5.7m
Capacities: boardroom x 30, U shape x 29, cafe x 36 and theatre style x50
Room specifications: Remote control air conditioning and heating, wifi, multimedia overhead projector, laptop, remote mouse, presentation screen, PA system, flip chart, pad and pens, DVD player and natural daylight.
Enhanced flexibility: There is enhanced flexibility in how the rooms can be used throughout your meeting/event. Movable tables allow trainers/ organisers to change the format of the room throughout the day according to requirements of the event. Coffee/tea and water machines allow guests access to self-serve coffee.

Monkhouse Granary is a versatile space. If you are planning a meeting with larger numbers the entire Granary building can be hired (Coach Room and Hayloft).
Capacities: theatre x 50, standing x70
Recommendations / suggested uses of the entire Granary space: The Hayloft as the main meeting room / training / conference space for your event. The Coach Room as a break out space (breaks, lunches and relaxation). Alternatively you may wish to have two meetings going on at once using both the Hayloft and the Coach Room as meeting spaces.
